- Orders below $250.00 are charged a flat freight
charge of $9.95 per order.

- If you are unhappy with any part of
your order you may obtain a refund. Claims must be made within
7 days of receipt of goods and freight costs will not be refunded.
Orders must be returned at the customers expense. Please contact

- It is your responsibility to check
with Australian Customs to see if the product you are ordering
is allowed to be imported. If the package is seized by Customs
for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we
will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package
back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition,
we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible
for the shipping charges. You are liable to pay any Import
duties/GST that may apply to your shipment.
