- All NSW/QLD/VIC/ACT/SA orders are charged at a flat freight
rate of $9.95 per order.
- WA/NT/TAS orders that include up to one (1) bottle of Protein/Surge* will be charged at f $9.95 per order.
- WA/NT/TAS orders that include 2 or more bottles of Protein and/or Surge* will be charged at $17.95 per order. Should a customer choose the incorrect shipping option, the pricing will be adjusted and charge accordingly without further notice before the order is shipped.
- Freight usually takes between 2-5 days depending on location.
- For your security, most deliveries require a signature on receipt. Therefore delivery should be to an address where someone is available to receive and sign for the goods. In the event no one is available to receive delivery, a card shall be left advising the package is collectable at the nearest Courier or Australia Post depot.
- Should you wish for deliveries to be left without signature (i.e. front door etc) you must give us permission by advising us in the "Additional Information" section at checkout. Please note that if so advised, Biotest Australia and New Zealand shall assume no responsibility for any lost or stolen packages and your rights are waived.
- We reserve the right
to decline an order for any reason.

- If you are unhappy with any part of
your order you may obtain a refund. Claims must be made within
7 days of receipt of goods and freight costs will not be refunded.
